3.All orders are shipped out in 7 or less businessdays. All orders are made and shipped out by just the designer.I will try the best to get them out as soon as possible, in case of legal holidays or store vacations it will take longer!

4. If you have an urgent need, please make a note in the order or contact the designer.

5. Handmade products will exist handmade traces, 3D print products will exist layer pattern, which need to inform you in advance!

6.About handmade marks, light color difference, size and so on are not quality problems. Not as a basis for requesting a refund or exchange.

If the collar part is aluminum, please do not bend it with force.

 All products are sealed for protection when not worn, if there is dust alcohol can wipe it clean.

 All products are not recommended to be worn during bath time
