REFUND

1.All the products in our store are handmade, and we only support the refund in the case of “product damaged during transportation”.

2.If the product is damaged during transportation, please provide the video of opening the box and contact us within 3 days, we will deal with it in time.

3.About handmade marks, light color difference, size and so on are not quality problems. Not as a basis for requesting a refund or exchange.

4.If you insist on a refund for an order that was not “damaged during shipment”, please pay for the return shipping costs, the customs fees to your country, and the customs fees for the return to the country of origin in China.
